Returns
Returns will only be accepted 7 days from receipt of your order. For all return requests, please send an e-mail to liajoy.info@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Returns are at the client's expense and are made at the client's risk via the courier of their choice. Once we receive your package, we will process a refund directly to the payment method used to validate the order.
Please note:
Only products not worn, not washed, not soiled are refunded. If they do not comply with all these rules, we will return them to you.
Please note : there is no refund or exchange on sales items.

I want to offer you the most reliable delivery service. For this, all orders are sent via Post Canada,
Registered Airmail service at a flat rate of $35 CAN worldwide.

Delivery generally takes around 7-18 days (7-10 business days).

Any further taxes or import duties incurred during delivery to certain countries are at the expense of the customer. Lia JOY is not able to estimate these costs. Please check your own countries import limits.

Post Canada is a 3rd Party service. I will offer as much assistance as is possible in locating missing parcels, however, I'm subject to Express Post terms and conditions once the item has been sent.
